Bead apexing & flipping machine is automatic bead apexing and flipping
equipment with a high capability and is used for a PCR tire. The machine
has a superior capability that a process from PCR, LT, TB, apex
extruding, cooling and flipping to bead, cutting, flipping and pressing
can be automatically done all along, bead quality and equality can be
enhanced, the manufacturing labor can be reduced, and the productivity
can be raised simultaneously. |
